Tag 1 : Kuching

Meet and greet at Kuching International Airport by our local guide. Transfer to your Hotel for check-in. 
The rest of the day is free at leisure for you and the children to adjust to the time difference and the tropical climate..

Tag 2 : Kuching 
Breakfast at the Hotel. 
Depart on a half-day cycling tour of Kuching. For children there are kid’s bikes and junior bikes in different sizes available. Baby seats are available at an additional surcharge as well. Helmets are provided for the whole family.
Discover Kuching’s hidden gems, the Malay kampongs, on a bicycle! These Malay villages line the banks of the Sarawak river and make a striking contrast to the modern city centre across river. Enjoy a leisurely bicycle ride through the villages and experience first-hand how the kampong folks live by visiting a traditional Malay wooden stilt house full of historical stories to tell. 
Along the way, we will explore the vibrant and exotic open air market of Kuba Ria. Experience the vibrant colour of tropical fresh fruits and vegetables, shop for local handicrafts at non-tourist price, and discover a whole range of jungle produce including unique wild ferns, exotic vegetables as well as orchid plants. This market is a ‘must-visit’, especially on Saturdays and Sundays during Kuching’s famous weekend market!
After the tour, return to your Hotel and afternoon free at leisure.

Tag 3 : Semenggoh 
After breakfast at the Hotel, depart to Semenggoh Nature Reserve.
Semenggoh occupies an area of 740 acres and acts as a sanctuary for orang utans that have been rescued from captivity and young orphaned primates. These animals are trained or re-trained to survive in their natural habitat. They learn how to forage for natural food and build nests in the trees. Many have been returned into the surrounding area, but there are also few that will never re-learn their natural skills due to long association with humans. There are daily scheduled feeding times. However, sightings of these primates during feeding times are not guaranteed due to the fact that they are roaming freely within the nature reserve. 
After this great experience return to the Hotel and afternoon free at leisure.

Tag 4 : Kuching – Matang – Damai
Breakfast at the Hotel and check-out. 
Depart to Matang Wildlife Centre which houses endangered animals, that have been kept illegally and were confiscated, in enclosed areas surrounded by rainforest. The main attraction is the orang utan rehabilitation programme, where young orang utans, who were either orphaned or rescued from captivity, are taught how to survive in the wild. Besides orang utans, the centre cares for a lot of other wildlife such as sambar deer, crocodiles, sun bears, civets and bear cats and a few birds native to Sarawak.
A clear jungle stream runs adjacent to the Matang Wildlife Centre, where some pleasant riverside picnic spots are. Here you can refresh in the cooling water and a packed lunch will be offered.
After this trip transfer to the Damai Beach Resort.
The rest of the day is free at leisure for you to make use of the facilities of the Resort or simply relax at the beach.

Tag 5 : Damai
Breakfast at the Resort. 
Located just next to the Damai Beach Resort lies the Sarawak Cultural Village, a living museum of Sarawak. It is a summary of the different cultures of Sarawak’s ethnic tribes and provides you the opportunity to witness the 7 major ethnic groups which stay in typical traditional houses and demonstrate parts of their daily work. Your guide will explain about the different tribes and their background to give you a deeper insight. 
The tour will end with a colourful cultural show with the natives, dressed in their traditional costumes.
Return to Damai Beach Resort and afternoon free at leisure.

Tag 6 : Bako Nationalpark
Breakfast at the Resort. 
Depart to the small Malay village of Bako, where you venture on a 20 minutes’ boat ride to reach the national park. This is a day with plenty of opportunities to trek through the beautiful park and explore flora and fauna at its best. Get to see various animals, such as wild boars, silver leaf monkeys, macaques or monitor lizards. If you are lucky you might also spot the odd-nosed proboscis monkeys that can only be found on the island of Borneo.
There are plenty of short and long trails to choose from, so discuss with your guide which one to take. A packed lunch is included.
After the tour, transfer back to the Resort and free at leisure.
