Program

Tag 1 : Lahad Datu - Danum Valley

Pick up at Lahad Datu Airport at 9.30 hours and overland transfer on gravel road for about 2,5 hours to Danum Valley, Borneo Rainforest Lodge for check-in. After lunch, trek in Borneo's primary rainforest. This is one of the oldest rainforests in the world and the sheer magnificence of it will keep you in awe as you trek along its trails, swim in its rock pools and get a bird's eye view of the forest from the canopied suspension bridge. In the evening, after dinner (if the weather permits), go night spotting for some of the larger mammals of Borneo.

Tag 2 : Danum Valley 
Morning guided bird walk and explore more of the trails in the rainforest, which lead to waterfalls and ancient burial sites. At night take a night walk with torchlight.

Tag 3 : Danum Valley - Lahad Datu 
Morning bird walk and explore more of the trails on your own before your transfer to Lahad Datu Airport after lunch.
